  3. 1 cup Hungcurd or sour cream-
  4. 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar- (Or as per taste)

  6. 1/2 cup Hot Water-
  7. 1/2 cup Cocoa powder

Steps to make to make No Bake Tiramisu

  1. First thing first make a coffee concoction. In a bowl add the coffee and hot water and mix until dissolve keep it aside. Now in other bowl mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and hungcurd or sour cream mix it very well. You can also adjust the proportion of sour cream and cream cheese as per your like. Taste it and adjust sugar accordingly. Keep it aside.
  2. For making hungcurd take 2 cups of the normal fresh yoghurt. Place a muslin cloth over a seive keep it on a bowl now pour all the yoghurt on it cover it and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or until all the water from the yoghurt drains out as a result you will get creamy yoghurt beat it and your hungcurd is ready.
  3. Now cut the cake in slices according to your serving dish. Now in your serving dish assemble a layer of vanilla cake and then pour the concoction coffee over it spoon by spoon to make it drizzle but not too wet otherwise it will go mashy at the time of serving. Now add a big dollop of the cream cheese and hungcurd mixture over it and flatten it.
  4. Likewise make the other layers. First slices of vanilla cake then a drizzle of coffee concoction and then the creamy layer. Once done sprinkle Cocoa powder on the top. Simply take the cocoa powder in a seive and sprinkle all over the cream. Let it cool down in the refrigerator for almost 3-4 hours and serve. It tastes best when chilled.
  5. For decoration you can use your imagination get your creamy canvas decorated the way of your imagination. I cut the strips of parchment paper place it above the top layer diagonally and then sprinkle the cocoa powder once done all over I take out the parchment paper very carefully and thus a pattern is formed.
  6. IMPORTANT Be very careful when making hungcurd no ammount of water should be left. Don't add too much or too little water at the time of coffee concoction. Be very generous in adding cheese layer while assembling. Happy Cooking
