  2. Take a big pressure cooker (if using cooker make sure to remove the rubber ring out of the cooker lid)or big kadhai or ganji add salt or sand in it then place a wire ring and place small steel bowl over it to avoid direct heat to the cake
  3. Preheat the oven setup for 15 minutes on very low flame
  4. Grease cake tin with oil then dust all purpose flour remove any access flour and keep it aside
  5. Now in an another bowl add lukewarm milk, Oil, sugar, vanilla extract and coffee mix well for 3 -4 minutes in one direction
  6. Now slowly add this liquid into the dry mixture mix in between after that add 2 whole eggs mix well till no lumps.(do not over mix)
  7. Add this mixture into the cake tin
  8. Place cake tin in the oven setup.
  9. Cover the vessel and cook the cake for 5 minutes on high flame then slow down the heat cook for 35 to 45 minutes
  10. After 45 minutes insert a toothpick inside the cake if it comes out clean cake is ready if not cook it for more 5 -10 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean
  11. When the cake is ready
  12. Take it out of the oven setup allow it cool down completely before taking it out of the tin
  13. Cake is ready decorate it as you wish or have it as it is.
