- 2 tbsp Salted Butter

- Take a bowl and sieve whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in bowl.
- Now in the dry mix add curd, milk, oil and brown sugar. Mix well.

- After cake is chilled remove the uneven top and divide the cake in two parts.
- Ganache : Melt chocolate on double boiler, then heat fresh cream untill one boil comes and the mix both. At last add 2 tbsp butter for shine.
- Sugar Syrup: 1 glass hot water and 4 tbsp ganache.
- On a cake board keep 1st layer of cake sprinkle sugar syrup and then make a layer of ganache then keep 2nd layer of cake and repeat the same process and cover the sides with ganache too.
- Decorate with some nuts or sprinkles.
